I have been coming here for 3 years now as their  service is great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I use them for my suits primarily but they do a wide range of items. So far, no damaged or lost items.

Can one love their dry cleaners? I do. Family owned and operated. I've been a customer for several years now. Shiloh, my dog, loves them too - especially D.Y.! With a covered drive up to their doors you (or your clean clothes) wont get soaked if it's raining. Great, friendly, home grown staff. They dry clean on site so don't farm their work out and it won't get lost. They own other locations but I only know this one. I'm sure the others are run just as well.

I have been very satisfied in the past with the service provided by Imperial Cleaners but this time I was totally amazed!  I checked prices in the immediate area for dry cleaning a full size comforter and Imperial was a few dollars lower. They gave it back to me looking brand new and even put the comforter in a reusable zippered storage bag. I received great customer service from Denise and Zoe who were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Imperial Cleaners for your dry cleaning needs.

I called on New Years Eve because we unfortunately had a death in the family and I needed my suit pressed prior to the funeral. The manager said he would press it for me the minute I brought it in. I can't express how much that meant to me. Great business that cares about people.

It's a long drive but you can count on next day service without a hassle.  All the shops close to me really discourage next day service and try to talk you into 2or 3 days.  I hate that. Imperial staff are the best.  They always remember us when we pull up. Oh, almost forgot, they are open Saturday.  I like that.

Service is outstanding.  You can drive up and someone comes out to get the items from your car. They can rush if you need it fast.  I often forget that I have left items there. They call to remind me!

They call if they find something wrong , like a small rip, and ask if you want it repaired.
